I am a cake hobbyist, creating cakes for my friends and family at an early age.
I work with Fondant, Buttercream Cakes & Cupcakes. The decorations are usually - Edible Art. (although most often it isn't eaten and kept as souvenirs)
I do bake for special restrictive diets, diabetics, vegans, halal, lactose, and gluten-free goodies.
My passion has been inspired and encouraged by loved ones, in various parts of the continent.
Having traveled the world, it gave me many opportunities to get to know various cultures and people. Exposure to cultures and foods.
This experience has helped me meet the tastes from East to West and North to South.
My bakes are always freshly made. It is NEVER FROZEN! They are made as close to the date requested for.
Finest ingredients are used. Quality and fresh flavours are above everything else! I do my utmost to not compromise on quality and freshness.
I not only use Buttercream but cream cheese, fondant, royal icing, marzipan, ganache, and glazings. I hand make all my sugar figures for decoration as much as
possible.
Each cake can take anywhere from several hours, to a day or more to create. I am very particular about details and perfection, to the best of my ability.
I am happy to make edible art!
I also hand paint details with food coloring or draw with chocolate for a fun and unique look.
From children’s birthday cakes to elaborate wedding cakes, I work hard to make each cake special, delicious and one of a kind.
